 I See Dead People

Walking through time in a grave of darkness

with my light shining dim on the walls of shadows

tripping on lost bones of death with spirits pulling at me

I feel my death is near, but I run and hide behind a black rose.

I see dead people all around

 During the night she passed away
 buried her on a hot... summer... day
He saddled up took what he needed
 a picture a locket and her memories
 looking back at the old place
 just gave another tear on his face

He would watch her sleep in her restless nights
trying to cumfort her wishing she'd be all right
As She closed her eyes she squeezed his hand so tight
He knelt down next to her,
and kissed her for one last time
Then the angles came and this man cried....
this man cried

His life no longer the same the place no longer a home

smiling as she had done so many times before..
Hanging clothes up on the line, making dinner, a little wine
